Namlea, 26 September 2026— Iqra Buru University (UNIQBU) held a Public Lecture with the theme"From Bureaucratic Reform to Re-Centralization"on Saturday, September 26 2026, at the Iqra Buru University Campus Auditorium.
The public lecture presentsProf. Dr. Saiful Deny, S.Ag., M.Si., Head of LLDIKTI Region XII Maluku and North Maluku, as a resource person. This activity is an academic space for UNIQBU academics to broaden their horizons and understand the dynamics of bureaucratic policies and the direction of government governance and higher education.
In his presentation, Prof. Dr. Saiful Deny invited participants to understand the development of bureaucratic reform and various institutional governance challenges amidst changes in national policy. The material also provides a perspective regarding the tendency to re-strengthen the role of the central government in implementing bureaucracy and development.
